Paul Pearson

As Director of Marketing & Technology and Board Member, Mr. Paul Pearson provides leadership actions to invigorate the National Workplace Bullying Coalition’s digital presence.  Paul's focus is to enhance their technology support and cyber security strategies. Additionally, he is striving to increase their marketing and social media presence.

This mission of the Coalition is personal and close to Paul's heart.  He wanted to get involved in some kind of target support after experiencing workplace retaliation himself in 2019.  Paul was forced to leave a contracting position after reporting corporate espionage to the head of insider threats, while working for the Army's High Performance Computing Program.  He discovered that resources for whistleblowers weren't readily available, yet he found the guidance he needed from Jacqueline Garrick, President of Whistleblowers of America, which led him to connect with the National Workplace Bullying Coalition. Paul credits Jacqueline for her unwavering support while he navigated through a very difficult resignation.

Paul’s professional background boasts:

  • Fifteen years of IT Security and Innovation

  • Ten years of Military Experience

  • Five years of Leadership Management

When Paul isn’t volunteering with the NWBC or WoA, BIC, IHC he owns and operates Running Name LLC and his own non profit Eduruna.  Running Name LLC is a technology strategy consulting firm. Through Running Name LLC, Mr. Pearson identifies technological needs and implements solutions by providing a roadmap to solutions and employee training and engagement.  His contributions measure a return on investment due to projected vendor growth on any project he works on.  Paul currently holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Strayer University. While he was serving his country in the US Air Force Reserve as a Metrology Technician and Cyber Space Defense Operator, he received his first formal education in IT there and credits his time in the military for the successes he celebrates today.  Paul curates the Coalition’s marketing strategies by designing advertising campaigns that support the association’s fundraising and membership goals that will help support their legislative lobbying efforts, making bullying in the workplace illegal across the country.
