California - How to Prevent Bullying in Higher Ed

July 2013 Santa Barbara, California - NWBC member Beverly Peterson was a featured speaker at the First Annual Colloquium on Abrasive Conduct in the Academy which was attended by Human Resource representatives, Ombuds, and workplace bullying researchers from major universities. Peterson's documentary, What Killed Kevin?, was used to facilitate dialog seeking answers to the question: "What Prevents Us From Solving the Problem of Workplace Bullying in Higher Education?" The colloquium was co-sponsored by The Boss Whispering Institute, Sibson Consulting, The Office of the Ombuds, University of California at Santa Barbara and the Office of Human Resources, Utah State University.
